ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated Quality System Engineer to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our quality management systems. Working within the Quality Management Department, you will be central to ensuring our IATF 16949 compliance, driving internal audit programs, and building a robust quality culture across the organisation.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the establishment, optimisation, and implementation of the company’s IATF 16949 process management, and for guiding subsidiaries in their system management work.
  • Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the internal audit programs, and dynamically maintaining audit checklists.
  • Responsible for promoting and managing quality maturity improvement.
  • Responsible for introducing and implementing customer audit requirements, conducting internal training, coordinating internal preparation, and managing issue rectification and closure.
  • Responsible for document control system management.
  • Responsible for the training and development of the internal auditor team.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher technical education; Master’s degree or above preferred.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a Quality System Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
  • Certified VDA 6.3 auditor.
  • IATF 16949 internal auditor certification.
  • Active English and Hungarian language skills required.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Industry

Preferably automotive or battery/new energy segment.

Work Experience

3–5 years minimum in a quality system role.

Education

Master’s degree or above.

Job Stability

Candidates who have changed jobs more than twice within a year or whose last three positions each lasted less than a year will not be considered.

Languages

Active English and Hungarian language skills required.
