Quality Inspection Supervisor (QIS)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are recruiting a skilled Quality Inspection Supervisor to lead our inspection and measurement operations. This role involves establishing measurement management systems, developing testing capabilities, and ensuring data-driven quality improvement across the group. You will manage and mentor a team of testing professionals while working closely with cross-functional teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for establishing and improving the company’s measurement management system, and guiding subsidiaries to ensure proper implementation.
- Lead the research and evaluation of testing equipment, the development of new testing methods, and the enhancement of laboratory capabilities.
- Responsible for the establishment of the Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and internal calibration systems to ensure traceability and data reliability.
- Organize internal and external benchmarking and sampling inspections across the group to provide data support for quality improvement.
- Responsible for building and managing the testing team to enhance its professional competence.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or above; proficiency in office software required.
- 3 or more years of quality management experience in the manufacturing industry; new energy industry experience preferred.
- Familiar with quality inspection management, including incoming material, process, final, and shipment inspection and control processes.
- Over 1 year of team management experience.
- Capable of managing measuring instruments; familiar with IATF 16949 inspection and measurement requirements.
- Familiar with SPC and MSA, with strong data analysis skills.
- Fluent spoken English with excellent English and Hungarian expression and communication skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and planning skills; ability to train testing personnel.
