Procurement Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to join our Procurement Department. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of procurement operations — from raw material sourcing to supplier relationship management — helping drive operational excellence and supply chain efficiency in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage procurement of raw materials, equipment, and related supplies to ensure a stable and efficient supply chain.
- Develop procurement plans, coordinate supplier resources, optimise purchasing processes, and reduce costs.
- Maintain and develop supplier relationships, conduct supplier evaluations and management to ensure quality and delivery capabilities.
- Participate in contract negotiations, manage contract execution, ensuring compliance and risk control.
- Collaborate closely with production, quality, and other departments to support factory operational needs.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to continuously improve procurement strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree or above; preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in new energy or large-scale manufacturing industries.
- Familiar with procurement processes and relevant laws; skilled in contract negotiation and supplier management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Hungarian is a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in office software and procurement management systems.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Industry | Experience in the new energy or manufacturing industry; procurement/supply chain background preferred. |
Work Experience | 3–5 years of relevant procurement experience in a plant or industrial setting. |
Education | Master’s degree or above. |
Job Stability | Ideally, no more than one job change per year; last three positions each at least one year. |
Languages | Fluent English required; Hungarian language skills are an advantage. |
